Radiator installation method process

Positioning and slotting: For families that do not have a heating system installed, it is necessary to suppress and slot the walls and the ground. First plan the pipeline route, and then slot along the original route.

Lay out the pipeline: Lay the heating pipes one by one along the slotted part, and set the card slot in the laying. If the original system is modified, the original pipeline is also modified at this step.

Pipeline connection: Connect and weld the laid pipelines one by one, and install the water collector and divider.

Pressure test: Test the pressure of the pipeline to ensure that the entire heating system will not leak or crack during use.

Valve installation: Install temperature control valves at the water inlet and return water inlet to ensure that the room temperature can be adjusted separately during use.

Installation accessories: Punch holes in the wall, insert expansion nails, and install hooks for easy fixing of the heater.

Radiator installation: Install after the user's home wall is painted or after the wallpaper is pasted to prevent damage to the heater during wall painting.

Pressure detection: Test the pressure of the heating to the water flow to prevent water leakage and other problems during use.

Heating system acceptance: After the user confirms that the entire heating system is correct, sign for acceptance.
